Using the games

All games on the site are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account.

Ownership

The games, artwork, code, sounds and text on this site belong to STF unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site and share screenshots or videos of your play. You may not copy, re-host, sell or redistribute the games or their parts without written permission from STF.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, or get around how it works.

No warranty

The site and games are provided as they are. We try to keep everything working, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that saved progress will never be lost (for example, when browser data is cleared).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, STF is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the site or the games.
